Returns Policy

• Stocked parts: returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, with all hardware.
• Made-to-order carbon parts are laid up for your order and are not returnable except for defects — each product page says clearly which kind of part you are buying before you buy it.
• Installed, modified, painted, or tuned-on parts cannot be returned as new. If something failed, that's a warranty conversation — start it via the contact form and we will have it.

• Start the return through the contact form with your order number. You'll get a return authorization and the ship-to address — unannounced boxes can't be matched to orders reliably.
• Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe after inspection, normally within 5–10 business days of arrival.
• Return freight is on you unless the part arrived wrong or defective — in that case we send a label and make it right.

Photograph the box and the part before anything else, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Carbon parts especially: do not test-fit a damaged panel — document it first so the freight claim holds.

Orders ship free at $999 or more, otherwise at a $40 flat rate. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.
