This storefront sells aftermarket performance parts (Steel Knight Performance) and carbon fiber components (Old Man's Carbon) under one shared cart and account system. The operating legal entity and governing jurisdiction are available on request via the contact page while these terms complete legal review, and will be stated here. Catalog entries marked as demo data are not offers to sell.

• All prices are in USD; the store currently serves the US.
• Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; an order exists once payment is confirmed by Stripe, and you receive an order number by email.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before shipment; if a price was wrong, you get the choice to confirm at the correct price or receive a full refund.
• Shipping: free freight on orders of $999 or more, otherwise a $40 flat rate.
• Promo codes are limited to one use per person unless the offer states otherwise, are applied at checkout, and have no cash value. We may decline a code where our records show it has already been used by the same person or account.

Fitment states ("verified fit", "known incompatible", "not verified") reflect our records at the time of viewing and are provided in good faith, not as a guarantee. If you use the explicit override to buy a part flagged incompatible with your saved vehicle, that choice is recorded on the order.

Performance parts can change how a vehicle behaves and what rules apply to it. You are responsible for ensuring any part and its installation comply with the laws and regulations that apply to your vehicle and where you drive it. Professional installation is recommended where torque specifications or calibration are involved.

Install, tuning, and build requests submitted through this site are inquiries only — nothing is bought or paid online. Work begins only after a written quote is accepted, and is governed by the quote and any shop agreement signed at drop-off.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the platform (fraud, scraping, attack traffic) — rate limits and security logging exist for everyone else's benefit too.

Warranty terms per product line, statutory rights, and limitation of liability language are being completed by counsel. Until stated otherwise, manufacturer warranties apply where provided by law, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are announced to account holders by email before they take effect.
