About this part
This BORLA Hydroformed SwitchFire X-Pipe assembly is designed to replace the Original Equipment (O.E.) resonator. Installation REQUIRES cutting the Original Equipment (O.E.) exhaust. Install it by itself or combine with other BORLA parts. By using Hydroforming in the manufacturing process we are able to have a lower profile on this part than a conventional SwitchFire X-Pipe. Part is 33.2" Long x 7.1" Wide x 5.5" High. Inlets 2.25” O.D. Outlets 2.5” I.D. Outlets are angled outward slightly. Includes 2) 2.5" clamps. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe BORLA'S patented SwitchFire design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. Built from premium T-304 stainless steel superior to T-400 series (such as 409) to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.
