No drilling or permanent modification is required to your GX470 or LC120. It bolts to factory mounting points using a custom bumpstop tensioning system for long-term strength and reliability even on rugged terrain.; simply bolt it to your factory mounting points and adjust the integrated bumpstop tensioning mount system. ROOF LOAD RATING Platform One™ Roof Racks are engineered for exceptional strength and utility but the governing limit is always your vehicle's OEM roof load rating. The total combined weight of the rack and your rooftop cargo should not exceed the maximum load rating specified by your vehicle manufacturer whether static (parked) or dynamic (in motion).
