Improve the flow of the charged air through your MK7 with the Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe Kit! The GTI has a long pedigreed history in the realm of hot-hatchbacks especially when it comes to models powered with 4-cylinder turbo engines. The stock piping in Volkswagen?s star player however doesn?t quite live up to the hype. Full of bends restrictive diameters and constructed from degradation-prone materials the stock charge pipes can be a hold-up for your MK7 especially when cranking up the boost. Here at Mishimoto we improved on the intercooler piping system so that you can make your hot-hatch even hotter. We started with replacing all of the plastic and rubber with a more robust construction of mandrel-bent aluminum and 5-layer heat resistant silicone couplers to ensure a sturdy and long-lasting connection to and from the intercooler. We also reduced the amount of bends on top of increasing the piping diameter to 2.75 inches together equating to a 30-percent increase in air flow making these the perfect combination with an aftermarket tune.The Mishimoto MK7 Intercooler Pipe Kit is available in a polished or wrinkle black finish to suit the style of your MK7. We also stand behind the craftsmanship of our products which is why this piping kit also includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
