The Mishimoto racing thermostat for the 1997-2013 Nissan Patrol Y61 will promote greater cooling efficiency throughout your engine. The Mishimoto racing thermostat will open up at a lower temperature than standard thermostats allowing the coolant to flow through the engine sooner thus reducing and maintaining cooler engine temperatures. This Mishimoto racing thermostat will significantly reduce high engine coolant temperatures resulting from power adding modifications and hot climates.
